Welcome to Hawaii Five-0-Three food cart, home of good Hawaiian comfort food!
Hawaii Five-0-Three is owned and operated by JP and Cyra Kloninger with help from their 3 beautiful daughters Aryc, Esia, and Tomia.
A little about us:
We are from the beautiful Big Island of Hawaii…the Hilo side. JP was raised in the restaurant business. His mom and step dad opened The Kilauea Lodge when he was just 8 yrs old.
We would love to be open more often, but our busy schedule just doesn’t allow it. We also own and operate McMinnville CrossFit IMUA!!! As if two businesses wasn’t enough, JP is a McMinnville Youth Football/Middle-school coach and Cyra is a Travel Agent. We also have 4 kids, 2 dogs and a house that is too much for us maintain…lol!
Where can we find you, what are your hours?
We are usually open on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:30am until we run out of food. We never know when we are going to run out, so if you have your heart set on JPs fried rice, you should get there as close to opening as you can. On Thursdays, you’ll always find us in the empty lot on the corner of Baker and Baker Creek Rd in McMinnville Or. On Tuesdays we sometimes hop around…one of the perks of operating out of a mobile food cart! If we have a heavy catering weekend, we sometimes opt out of Tuesdays all together. Keep an eye on our FaceBook page to see where we are. We post our daily specials on FaceBook as well!
We love to cater everything from small weddings, to big rehearsal dinners to wine club events, company lunches and picnics etc.
The prices are similar to our regular menu prices. $10/head for one meat selection or $12/head for two meat selections. Your selections are shoyu chicken, teri beef, or kalua pork. Our prices include JPs Famous Hawaiian Fried Rice, macaroni salad, white rice and a very simple green salad for those with food allergies. Also included in the price is basic paper goods and delivery with a minimum head count. If you would like to take advantage of our buffet service there is a $150 fee. This includes us setting up our chaffing dishes, serving the food buffet style, packing up of left overs and clean up of the buffet station.
